Welcome to FiberSculp. We design, manufacture, and supply fiberglass display props, food models, sculptures, and commercial decoration products for business customers. By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Product Information and Quotes

Product photos, dimensions, finishes, and descriptions on this website are provided for reference. Because many FiberSculp projects are customized, final specifications, pricing, lead times, packaging, and shipping terms must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

A quote is not a binding order until both parties confirm the scope, price, payment terms, and delivery details.

Custom Orders and Production

Custom fiberglass products may vary slightly from reference images due to hand finishing, material behavior, lighting, scale, and production constraints. We will use commercially reasonable care to match approved references, drawings, colors, and specifications.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving final details such as dimensions, color references, logos, mounting requirements, and shipping information before production.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms are confirmed per order. Production may require a deposit before work begins. Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation or major design changes may incur costs for materials, labor, molds, or completed work.

Refunds, replacements, or adjustments are handled according to the confirmed order terms and the condition of the delivered goods.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Shipping times may be affected by production complexity, packaging requirements, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and inspecting shipments upon arrival. Any visible shipping damage should be documented with photos and reported promptly.

Intellectual Property

FiberSculp retains rights to our original designs, product photos, website content, and production know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-provided trademarks, logos, designs, or reference materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers confirm that they have the right to provide any brand assets, product designs, or reference materials used for custom production.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to request, produce, or distribute products that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or create unsafe or misleading commercial use.

Privacy
